Truck Tyre Delivery Guide
Truck tyre orders that are placed by 3:30pm are processed that day and put on a standard next working day courier service. Although this service isn't a guaranteed next day service, we find 95% arrive next day without a hitch. Occasionally couriers can run into excess traffic or suffer unexpected delays, so we always recommend you allow a full 2 working days for successful delivery of your tyres and don't commit to booking MOTs / fitters until your goods arrive.
Standard Delivery: £8.50 + VAT (£10.20 Inc VAT)
Truck tyres are usually sent loose and will not be put on pallets unless specifically requested (which may be subject to fees). Delivery can be made to the mainland UK, with only the more remote areas having to pay additional fees (see below).
Remote Areas Delivery: £20 + VAT (£24 inc VAT)
Delivery to postcodes that begin with AB, IV, KW, PA21-78, PS38-40, PH17-26, PH30-41 and PH49-50 must pay the higher delivery fee. This is usually £20 + vat but occasionally higher fee's can apply. If this happens we will contact you to advise what this fee is. Alternatively, email us your postcode and the items you require and we will advise accordingly. Please note that we do not currently offer delivery to isles off of the UK Mainland (Isle of Man, Hebrides, Orkneys, Channel Isles etc). We also do not offer delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland. We also do not offer shipping abroad at this time.
Check All Items Upon Delivery
All deliveries must be checked at point of delivery to ensure all items are present and correct. If anything seems wrong please inform the delivery driver and ensure they mark it on their delivery docket. Please inform us by email the same day so that any issues can be addressed immediately.
Returns and Warranty Claims
For any issues relating to returning items or making a warranty claim please refer to our Returns & Warranty page for how to proceed.
Other Bits and Bobs Regarding Delivery
Our couriers will attempt delivery and will require someone to sign for the delivery unless we have been told by you at the point of ordering that items can instead be left safely. Please be aware if items are instructed to be left then we cannot insure against theft once the drivers have left your premises. If delivery is attempted but no one is present to accept the delivery, then a failed delivery card is often left and delivery is re-attempted the next working day. Please note that if delivery is unsuccessful for a second time then items could be returned to us and an additional delivery payment would then need to be made.
Delivery by courier is usually between the hours of 8am to 6pm, so we recommend you choose a delivery address that always has someone present to receive your items. Courier items are often dispatched on services run by Tuffnells, DX Freight and DPD. Please note that these couriers can also sub contract deliveries at busy times or for areas which are deemed remote. Tracking information is not provided by our couriers, but should your delivery not arrive as expected please then make contact so the reasons why can be investigated.
